Delivered to the highest industry standard and centred around our clients’ individual needs, we offer all-level, mat-based Pilates & Yoga classes.

Our classes focus on working into every direction of the body, leaving you feeling moved, stronger & connected. Our classes occasionally incorporate small props such as resistance bands & stability balls to help you challenge yourself & enhance your practice.

If you are looking for an escape from your day-to-day or feel like you need to step-up your self-care routine during those darker months, our POP-UPs are for you! We have paired our much loved Pilates classes with our equally popular Yin-Yoga classes to create the perfect retreat.

Come and join us for 50 minutes of energising Pilates, a tea & treat break,
followed by 50 minutes of relaxing Yin-Yoga.
Delicious treats supplied by the Little Larder House ,
with specialty teas, aromatherapy, and calming candle light.
