Foundational
Pilates

Our Foundational Pilates classes are for the Pilates novice, as well as those with an established practice. Whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey or are simply looking to add to your routine, this class will not disappoint.

Our Foundational Pilates class will provide you with a gentle, yet precise full-body workout, allowing you to learn the principles of pilates. Integrating classic and contemporary Pilates elements, our class will support you to build strength, improve balance and increase mobility.

Signature Pilates

Drawing on our extensive teaching experience and featuring our go-to Pilates exercises, this intermediate Pilates class offers a dynamic and strength-building practice to those looking to strengthen their body from the inside out.

Pilates principles are brought to life through a range of classical and creative Pilates exercises, helping you to find inner strength and master your Pilates practice. Incorporating various Pilates props to elevate your practice, this class will leave you feeling challenged, aligned, and in tune with your body.

Flow-to-Yin

Our Flow-to-yin classes are for those who love an invigorating, full-body practice and seek the calm at the end. Moving through classic Vinyasa sequences with the occasional twist, this class is designed to get your body moving and leave you feeling balanced.

Combining standing work and grounding elements, our flows allow you to realign, connect breath to movement and build a strong foundation for everyday ease. Yin elements at the end of each class help focusing on deep relaxation and creating a sense of calm.

The class is split into 25 minutes of flow and 20 minutes of yin practice.
