How is Pilates different to Yoga?
Yoga and Pilates have many similar goals - such as integrating mind, body & spirit during movement.
Pilates works the entire body in addition to the mind. The focus is on the core of the body so the rest can freely move, making the body stronger from the inside out. This creates a balance between flexibility & strength, resulting in stronger & leaner muscles.
